With the township only a short drive away, Holiday Inn Rotorua is an ideal base for a holiday, conference or business visit. At the moment we''re looking for a **Chef de Partie **to join our motivated and energetic team at the **Holiday Inn Rotorua**. You''ll be a creative, dedicated, service oriented team player who is confident and likes to be involved.
## Job Requirements:
Ideally you''ll have:
* Strong organisational skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM / PM, Weekends and Public Holidays
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintain strong team work
* Preparation and creation of food to the highest standards
* Plan and organise work flows
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
* Possess a culinary certificate from an accredited culinary institute
